Finally, the molten iron from smelting flows into the cooling tank after a certain period of time, and the finished product is formed after complete cooling.

(2) Production and operation characteristics. The ferrosilicon smelting industry is an industry with high energy consumption, high pollution, low automation and low technology content. In the production and operation process, the energy consumption of each link is relatively stable, the process is highly operational, the sales channel is single, and the product production cycle is short. At the same time, the silicon smelting is particularly affected by local power supply factors, and the price of raw materials and finished products fluctuates and fluctuates widely and irregularly. As an alloying element additive, ferrosilicon is widely used in low-alloy structural steel, bonded steel, spring steel, bearing steel, heat-resistant steel and electrical silicon steel. Ferrosilicon smelting is a high energy-consuming enterprise with strict raw material ratio and technical requirements for production. The sales of products are superior to the silicon content of products, and the market price is also different.
